Erasing Homelessness for Over 30 Years
In 1982, Milwaukee churches addressed homelessness by supporting a “drop-in” center for homeless men. It was immediately apparent that these men needed more than a cup of coffee and a checkerboard. From this, a premier advocate agency rose to fight the causes of homelessness. For more information, click here.
The Guest House currently provides shelter for 86 adult men per evening. It is the largest publicly funded emergency shelter in Milwaukee. The Guest House of Milwaukee, Inc. is a nonprofit organization; it is a 501(c)(3) corporation and all donations are tax-deductible. You may make a secure, online financial donation to the Guest House at any time.
The Guest House is a proud member of United Way of Greater Milwaukee. United Way raises funds through workplace-giving campaigns to support local charities. You can support the Guest House through United Way in your workplace-giving campaign.

We need YOU to help fuel the Community Cruiser in our UNDY 5000! This virtual event has 8 of our faith partner communities and the community-at-large racing to collect new men's tshirts, socks, and undies for our shelter guests. Join in the fun!
