PROVIDERS

Catillia Searcy, LPC, CSAC
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES
I am a licensed mental health and substance abuse treatment provider in the state of Wisconsin, with 19 years of experience delivering compassionate and evidence-based care. My career began with a focus on child and adolescent sexual abuse victims and offenders, a role that laid the foundation for my deep understanding of trauma and behavioral health. Since 2009, my work has centered primarily on adults, addressing a wide range of complex mental health and substance use issues.
Most of my experience has been in outpatient settings, though I have also provided care in inpatient environments. I have had the privilege of supporting underserved populations, particularly adult men and women who are currently or have previously experienced homelessness. My therapeutic approach is shaped by a commitment to accessibility, dignity, and long-term support.
I have extensive experience treating substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered in their journey toward healing and recovery.

Megan Osowski, APSW, SAC-IT

I specialize in providing nonjudgmental and compassionate care during times of intense difficulty. I work primarily with people who are navigating substance use concerns, behavioral addictions, anxiety, mood challenges, and life stressors. My approach is strengths-based and I believe in meeting you where you are and supporting you as you make changes at your own pace.
Our work together will start with your individual values, and draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I am a licensed therapist in Wisconsin with 10 years of experience in homeless services and behavioral health care.

Dr. Daniel Miota, DO
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
I was born in the city of Milwaukee (I was very young at the time).
I have been practicing at Guest House since the mid-1990s. I treat all types of mental health issues and drug and alcohol issues. I believe that all decisions about care have to start with well-informed patients who always participate in any decisions made. I try to keep the entre team informed, including therapist, primary care doctors, and care coordinators.
I really love taking care of my patients.

CLINIC ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
I proudly serve as a Clinic Administrative Assistant. I am deeply passionate about supporting others and strive every day to be the best I can be in making a positive impact on my community. Our clinic focuses on assisting clients with AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) and mental health needs, and I find it truly rewarding to contribute to their healing journeys.
Before stepping into this role, I gained experience in various areas of healthcare and education, including working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), performing phlebotomy, and engaging in early childhood education. I also dedicated time to studying for a career as a pharmacy technician. Each of these experiences has shaped my compassionate approach and strengthened my commitment to service.
