KEYNOTE SPEAKER
The evening will feature internationally renowned speaker, researcher, and author Dr. Sam Tsemberis. A psychologist and pioneering advocate, Dr. Tsemberis transformed how communities address homelessness through his groundbreaking and internationally-recognized Housing First approach, which prioritizes permanent housing as the foundation for recovery and stability.

We are also honored to welcome Derek Mosley, J.D., Director of the Lubar Center for Public Policy Research and Civic Education at Marquette University Law School, as our event emcee. A respected former judge and community leader, Mosley is known for fostering thoughtful dialogue on justice, civic engagement, and strengthening communities.
